We, TOYO DENSEN has production factories, logistic centers, sales offices in Japan to deliver the products which support customer’s life in nationwide.<\/p>\n

We are committed to produce quality products made in Japan as our own brand.<\/p>\n

Insulated copper pipe for air conditioner is mainly produced at Tenri factory in Nara prefecture, and the goods produced there have been supplied not only to the West Japan but also Asia, Oceania and Europe.<\/p>\n

For further productivity, new line was added at our another factory in Saitama prefecture to supply with 4m straight pipe and 20m coil to the East Japan area.<\/p>\n

Our two logistic bases, one is located in Osaka for the West, another is located Saitama for the East Japan, are working on speedly and stable delivery.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cInsulation materials\u201d which are necessary for refrigerant copper \/ aluminum pipe are mainly produced by our related company Argo Foam Co., Ltd.<\/p>\n

We also work with our group company and other domestic insulation manufacturer for stable supply of refrigerant piping materials.<\/p>\n

Also, Argo Foam Co., Ltd. develops, manufactures and distributes not only foamed polyethylene materials but also heat insulating materials for refrigerant pipes. These materials perform for heat insulation, cushioning and are used for wide variety of applications such as food cooler bag, building materials for hot water supply pipe etc.More development for various fields is expected by this foam business.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

TOYO DENSEN has based in overseas as well and meets a wide range of needs.<\/p>\n

In 1996, our subsidiary TOYO ASIA CO.,LTD. was established in Taipei, Taiwan to expand sales channel in Asia.
\nThere is also a factory to produce duct member and insulated copper pipe mainly for the distribution in Taiwan.
\nIn order to meet growing demand in Taiwan, that factory was moved from Taichung to Taoyuan in 2006, and keep running production lines every working day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
